Scarborough Reef, also known as Panatag Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc, is a disputed atoll in the South China Sea. It`s mostly underwater, uninhabited, and does not offer any traditional hotels or accommodations. Access to the reef is controlled and often requires military permissions.
